MAMA Conference 2025

Showorks provided audio visual event production for the 2025 MAMA Annual Conference at The Logan Hotel in Philadelphia. Hosted by the Medical Alert Monitoring Association, the conference brought professionals from across the personal emergency response industry in one place to talk about technology, healthcare, policy, and the future of care. With several days of conversations and sessions ahead, the Showorks team handled the audio, video, staging, and lighting that supported the conference.

Barclays Marketing Frontiers Conference

Showorks provided audio visual event production for the Barclays Marketing Frontiers Conference on April 29, 2026, at Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware. Held in the Gold Ballroom, the event included audio, video, projection, scenic, lighting, greenroom support, and hybrid production, with the Showorks team supporting both the room and the work happening behind the scenes.

Special Olympics Delaware Summer Games & Opening Ceremonies

Supporting the Special Olympics Delaware Summer Games and Opening Ceremonies is a tradition the Showorks team has been proud to be part of for decades. At the Bob Carpenter Center in Newark, Delaware, the team provided audio visual event production services for the Opening Ceremonies and audio support for sporting events across the University of Delaware campus throughout the weekend
