Scenic design was a key part of the conference production. The design started as a render and was built out at Conrad Nashville, and Showorks supported it with audio, video, and lighting. The conference also included an awards ceremony, where Showorks played a different role. The venue’s in-house team handled production for the ceremony, while Showorks provided offsite technical direction and served as the liaison between the association and that team.
