With no room for error, Chase needed an AV partner who could act fast, think ahead, and deliver an excellent experience from start to finish.

Our Solution

Showorks took the lead on design, planning, and execution, coordinating directly with Chase’s communications and facilities teams. Key elements of the production included:

  • Two 20′ LED walls suspended from custom truss arches
  • Over 75 moving head lights for fully-programmed lighting design
  • Line array audio system optimized for speech clarity
  • Multi-camera video recording for internal distribution
  • Custom set design aligned with Chase’s branding
  • Redundant systems across video, audio, and power for fail-safe execution
Through constant and clear communication with the Chase team, every detail was buttoned up in advance to accommodate the lack of rehearsal time.
