Showorks supported the annual High 5 Awards for The Campbell’s Company, an internal celebration recognizing outstanding ideas, innovation, and employee achievement. The event transformed a fully operational cafeteria space into a refined awards dinner experience, delivering high production value in a non-traditional venue.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was environmental transformation:

  • Convert a daily-use cafeteria into an elegant awards setting

  • Maintain a clean, premium aesthetic suitable for recognition and celebration
  • Ensure fast, efficient turnover in a non-purpose-built space
The goal was simple: make the space feel completely unrecognizable in the best way possible.

The Approach

Space Transformation

We focused first on reshaping the overall aesthetic of the room:

  • Full perimeter drape treatment to eliminate the “cafeteria” feel
  • Intentionally created an intimate, enclosed environment
  • Controlled sightlines to focus attention on stage and content
This immediately shifted the room from functional to experiential.

Clean, High-Impact Scenic Design

The scenic approach prioritized elegance and clarity:

  • LED wall as a modern, high-impact backdrop
  • Minimal, clean stage design to keep focus on award moments
  • Balanced visual composition to avoid overcrowding a tight space
Every design decision was made intentionally to promote the overall ambiance and mood of the show.

Seamless Event Flow

  • Lighting design used to differentiate award segments and transitions
  • Technical layout optimized for smooth pacing in a compressed environment
  • Discreet integration of AV elements to keep attention on recipients
